Family played a big part in a kid's life when I was little. 

My Mother was the eldest in a family of 12.  She was followed by 10 brothers, and then finally another  little girl.   My Aunt and Uncles. That last little girl was 2 years older than me.  

I spent my childhood with a large group of relations and their friends.  

Alisa Rosenbaum was one of the most controversial writers in America’s history. Why, then, have few people heard of her? Because both people’s plaudits and their intemperate attacks have been aimed at the new name she adopted after leaving Russia for America—Ayn Rand.
